What We Cover

We offer a 60-day quality guarantee from the date of purchase on all Gisell Couture Hair extensions. If your hair experiences any of the following, you may be eligible for a replacement:

• Excessive shedding not caused by improper installation or care

• Matting or tangling that begins at the weft or bond (not from dryness or product buildup)

• Inconsistent texture or integrity across the bundle that was not visible at time of purchase

• Manufacturing defects of any kind

Replacements are issued at our discretion based on a review of the claim. We may request photos, purchase verification, and installer information.

Professional Color — Covered With Conditions

We are one of the few extension brands that will honor our guarantee on professionally colored hair. European hair accepts color beautifully when handled correctly, and we trust the stylists who use our product.

Color services are covered provided:

• The service was performed by a licensed professional

• No bleach was applied

We strongly recommend a strand test on a small section before full color application
